The accommodation consists of double/twin en-suite rooms with a choice of a king size bed. All rooms are tastefully decorated to a high standard and each has a TV, hospitality tray, clock radio and hairdryer.

We have full central heating and a comfortable guest lounge with an open fire for those chilly evenings.
 

Our new large conservatory overlooks the garden and has superb uninterrupted views of the Lakeland fells and across to the north Pennines, where Crossfell, the highest point in the Pennine Chain is especially prominent.

Children are very  welcome, a cot and high chair are available for the very young. Reduced rates are applicable according to age. Guests are welcome for short breaks, such as single nights or weekends, or for longer holiday stays.
