The location of Whitbarrow Farm
Whitbarrow Farm is easily reached from the M6 Motorway (Junction 40). Take the A66 in the direction of Keswick for 6 miles. Shortly after the dual carraigeway ends turn right for Penruddock. Go straight through the village and continue beyond it for one mile until the driveway for Whitbarrow Farm appears on the right.

Whirbarrow Farm is ideally located as a base for touring the North Lakes and visiting the Border area, Hadrians Wall, Solway Coast, Eden Valley and North Pennines. There is easy access to fine walking country and other outdoor pursuits such as riding, pony trekking, quad biking and archery. Nearby Penrith has a golf driving range and a nine hole golf course as well as the Uplands Discovery Centre, Rheged, which is well worth a visit.
Small delightful villages with their attractive churches surround Whitbarrow Farm. In Penrith you will find a growing Methodist Church with many weeknight activities.
